Brand New Purple Deer leather back in stock. Each year during the fall hunting season we gather hides from families who are feeding their families, but they don’t need the hides. We run around and gather them and then tan them at our tannery. We are just now starting to get in the first tanned hides from the 2020 season AND they are amazing. We worked very very hard this year to improve every stage of gathering and shipping so that we will get the best possible leather….you would not imagine all the various ways to mess up a perfectly good hide….
We are very excited about this purple. There is some variation of shading down the spine so that colour runs from lilac to deep purple. The hides are very very soft and great quality….you are sure to love. Available in several sizes and a bundle will include 5 or 6 pieces adding up to 50 sq ft.
