Ok Boys and Girls….be prepared to loose your minds…..after exhaustive research and development….we have achieved peak turquoise perfection..lol..now the problem with turquoise is that there are A TON of different turquoise (I am talking the stone now) ranging from greens to blues. So everyone has a different vision of the colour turquoise…and oh the fights that can break out. lol… This turquoise is very close to our favourite which is harvested from the Sleeping Beauty mine in Arizona….
And now back to leather…these hides are wild deer, really nice texture, very soft and quite even in colour. Sizes run from 7 up to 11 sq ft. As with all our leather we have # 1 quality and “seconds” These are wild hides, and wild hides don’t always have the perfect smooth/skin side of the leather. Scrapes, scuffs happen and then they become “seconds”. BUT if you are planning using the suede side out, then choosing ‘seconds’ is a great way to save some money…cuz the colour on the suede side is always 100%.
